    Module 5: Choosing an Appropriate Transport Service and Cargo Insurance

    In this module, we will be exploring the different types of cargo and their carriers, the various types of transport services available to exporters, how to choose the appropriate one for your products and the different types of cargo insurance available to exporters.

    Module 6: Selecting Suitable Delivery Terms (Incoterms® 2020)

    In this module, we will discuss the origin and purpose of delivery and trade terms, and departure vs. arrival terms. It also addresses Incoterms® solely for waterways and inland transport, and Incoterms for use in any mode of transport, including multimodal transport.

    Module 7: Managing Export Financial Risk

    This module covers the financial risks with a specific export transaction such as transactional risks, buyer risks, bank risks, country economic and political risks and exchange risks. It also teaches learners how to choose appropriate payment methods and suitable payment terms such as cash in advance, letters of credit, bank collections and open accounts.
